We use first-party analytics hosted on our own Netmesra webserver to understand visits and important link clicks on netmesra.com and palworldsea.com.
Analytics records public page paths, a broad device category, a general traffic source and predefined click events. We do not collect names, emails, message contents, form values, query strings or private support URL fragments. Analytics does not set cookies or use local storage.
Daily visitor estimates use a rotating identifier derived from a coarse network prefix and device category. Full IP addresses and full browser user agents are not stored in the analytics database. Estimates can group people on the same network and count someone again on a different day or network. Known automated clients are filtered; this cannot exclude every bot.
We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Ad blockers or browser restrictions can prevent collection. Records are retained for 90 days. Statistics are accessible only to administrators. Normal webserver access logs and support conversations are separate from this analytics system.
